To apply for the membership, please send the nomination form before along with the following documents:

  1. Passport size photo of all Directors/ Partners/Proprietor (Please do not forget to mention your name behind the photo)
  2. ID proof – of all Directors/Partners/Proprietor
  3. Pan card – of all Directors/Partners/Proprietor
  4. Address proof – of all Directors/Partners/Proprietor
  5. Cheque of Rs. 21,000/- favoring “Environmental Auditors Association”
  6. GPCB Auditor Registration Certificate
